By nature, winter is a time of stillness and reflection. As we approach the longest night, we look back on a year in which we proudly contributed to the design of (main) offices, (five) star hotels and retail environments. Most of these projects will open their doors during 2025.

AS Watson Headquarters Benelux in Renswoude.
The second phase of the complete makeover of the AS Watson headquarters has been well received with great enthusiasm. Like the renewal of the Kruidvat and Trekpleister stores, the office space has undergone a major transformation. The result aligns seamlessly with a working environment where collaboration, innovation and entrepreneurship are key.
Rijk Zwaan Headquarters and plant in De Lier.
Last November celebrated the completion of the new “Seed Connect Centre,” a new 30,000m2 location for the processing and storage of vegetable seeds. The offices workstations and multifunctional meeting space are nearing completion and our design for the exhibition takes visitors through the 100-year history of this family business. The project continues to evolve and we are looking forward to the next phases.
THUIS - the Showroom in Houten.
After the successful project “THUIS - the Showroom” along the A2 motorway in Utrecht, Ce. is now working on a brand new showroom in Houten, again commissioned by Dura Vermeer.
Hotel Amstel 111 in Amsterdam.
Ce. has been added to the design team for this new five-star hotel next to Theatre Carré. Together with the architects and designers of London-based design studio Ilse and New York-based Roman and Williams, Ce. is specifically designing parts of the hotel and are responsible for the entire elaboration.
Victoria's Secret in Europa.
As design manager, Ce. managed more than ten stores in Europe over the past year. In 2025, Victoria's Secret is putting further effort into creating optimal shopping experiences in their (re)renovated stores.
Sparkx Sportainmentpark in Ghent.
We are proud to announce Ce.'s newest partnership: Sparkx, Europe's largest sports theme park. This Belgian project unites more than 50 sports in 36 unique worlds of experience. We are honored that Sparkx has chosen us to develop their new parks. We are starting in Ghent and look forward to bringing form to this ambitious project.
