HelloTV opens 13th store

With the opening of the new shop in Tilburg, HelloTV takes the next step to express its positioning as the authority on TV also in the physical shop.

The new shop concept, developed in cooperation with Claessens Erdmann, embodies HelloTV's new brand identity and integrates home, online, and the physical shopping experience.

This has resulted in a new shop layout that encourages interaction with new different types of service areas and a prominent place for the service counter. Behind the service counter, a prominent workspace has been created for employees who help customers online from the shop to create a visible link to HelloTV's virtuel world. Other notable features of the new shop include new "wow spots" demonstrating HelloTV's TV expertise and showcasing the latest innovations. The TV brands that also supply soundbars have their own sound studio, where customers can experience the sound to the fullest.

Spatial translation of HelloTV's new identity

The materialisation and use of colour in the shop is a translation of HelloTV's new brand identity in which openness, friendliness and accessibility are central. New colours and materials have been added to the distinctive black and yellow to give the shop a personal yet powerful and convincing character.

The in-store communication has been revamped to inform, inspire and connect customers with HelloTV's online platform. Among other things, new instore elements were developed to take customers through some of the technical aspects surrounding the purchase of a new television. All in the typical language of HelloTV (not yet implemented right?).

Erik Jan Koense, director of marketing & e-commerce at HelloTV: " We are convinced that this shop will help us achieve our goals and strengthen our position as the authority on TV in the Netherlands."
