December 2025
We are writing in the shortest days of the year, but from today onwards, the light will return. A turning point and a wonderful moment to look back on 2025 and forward to what lies ahead.
In a digital world, the place where you really meet each other is becoming increasingly valuable: for inspiration, innovation, and engagement. The question—how do you use space and technology to convey your story consistently and interactively?—is one that we will be able to address even more broadly in 2026, together with our new colleagues at WT interactive.
We designed the visitor center for Rijk Zwaan in De Lier, creating a 30,000 m² experience, production hall, and workspaces.
We developed the spatial design for Thuis, the showroom in Houten, which launched a new business model this year. We worked on the reception area for Fruitmasters (the design revolves around core values that we translated into materials and colors). Next year, we will start on a wonderful new assignment: the visitor center for the world's largest flower auction.
We designed workspaces for various offices of AS Watson, Lexima, and Cornelis Vrolijk.
Following the successful launch of Sparkx in Ghent, Europe's largest sports entertainment park, we worked hard on the rollout. Antwerp is almost ready. The parks in Paris, Hasselt, Brussels, and Nieuwegein are now being designed. All openings are planned for 2026.
In retail, we advised on formula refinement for the Kruidvat and Trekpleister brands and the German REWE and Billa. And in the field of architectural services, in our role as design manager, we supervised and produced hundreds of working drawings, layouts, details, and permit applications for stores of Foot Locker, Victoria's Secret, Tumi, and Mr Marvis, in order to create the optimal shopping experience.
The Groothandelsgebouw in Rotterdam and the luxury five-star hotel next to Carré on the Amstel also kept us very focused.
In 2026, we will take on many new initiatives, create many beautiful things, advise based on our experience, continue to follow the latest developments in our field, and continue to organize workshops and events with great enthusiasm.
We are now taking some time to reflect and will soon get back to work with grat enthusiasm! We are looking forward to it.
Happy holidays, everyone!
